Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

  • Regional and Heavy Load shipping will incur additional delivery charges. Please note that we cannot deliver to farms, the nearest town address will need to be used or we can arrange special delivery with Postnet to Postnet. Please contact us if you are unsure of where to deliver to.
  • Delivery time: 2-7 working days, provided that the product is in stock. 
  • Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Please note: parcels are shipped Monday-Friday only.
  • We do not ship to P.O Box addresses and require a physical address.
  • Please ensure someone is home to sign for your parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you are unhappy with your order or would like to exchange it for another item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order on hello@pull-the-wool.com

 

  • We will refund or exchange all products returned in the original packaging, with all labels, tags and contents in tact.
  • Items need to be returned via courier with a tracking number. Once received and checked, a credit will be issued to the same card used to buy the product. Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect.
  • Please note that we cannot refund your shipping costs.
